Air Defense Command Flag
This flag reads "Iraqi Air Defense Command" -- a slightly differently worded version than the college flag below, but with a more graphic design.

The Arabic slogan at top in black reads: "Air Defence Command" , below it in the middle half-circle white stripe is "Allah Akbar" or "God is Greatest", below it surrounding the green roundel is "He Made Us Protect the Sky", the dates below the airplane are: "1413 A.H. = 1993 A.D." [A.H. = "Anno Hagirae" or "Year of the Muslim Hijrah" meaning the date of the Command's establishment in 1993 C.E.], between the palm leaves is the slogan "Air Defence Command" , and at the bottom is the slogan in English: "Iraqi Air Defence Command". {"Defence" = British use; "Defense" = U.S. use.}

One of the Branches of the Iraqi Armed Forces is its Air Defence Command. Iraqi air defenses were redesigned after the Israeli raid on the Osirak nuclear reactor in 1981. A network of radars, surface-to-air missiles (SAM) and antiaircraft artillery (AAA) was installed, primarily concentrated around strategic and industrial facilities in the Baghdad area. The national air defense operations center (ADOC) in downtown Baghdad controlled Iraq's air defenses. They were officially established (as a Branch) in 1993.

Its flag is the logo (https://ar.wikipedia.org/) on a white horizontal flag, as seen here:https://ar.wikipedia.org/. Above the logo, it reads in Arabic: "وما رميت اذ رميت ولكن الله رمى," (from Surat Al-'Anfāl 8:17), a passage from the Quran.
